A little more about Life at the House of Zen:
As a dietitian, fitness instructor, yoga teacher and life student, Brendine aspires to live in the moment and enjoy whatever is on the menu. A day at the House of Zen is not complete without adventure, food and yoga. The Fill the Gap challenge is a perfect fit for the house!

Fill the Gap is a way to celebrate food and inspire be inspired in the kitchen - cook, eat, celebrate what you have. Be grateful for what you have. Be inspired by what you have ... even beyond the food.
The House of Zen is excited for a week of new cooking adventures. The recipe book is open and ready to be filled!
